HATPA - First Gear Rules

1 Tractors must pull in First gear no exceptions; torque amplifier use is permitted.

2 Maximum 14.9 or 15.5 x 38” tires unless factory equipped with larger tires.

3 10% RPM maximum over stock RPM’s.

4 Weight Classes; 8500,3500,7500, 3750, 6500,4000,5500, 4500, 5000,

5 No cut tires. Any tire with the leading edge modified is and will be considered cut and will not be permitted to pull for points.

6 Wheelie Bars recommended but not mandatory.

7 18” Drawbar height maximum.

8 Tractor motor and chassis must conform with each other and must be O.E.M.
